Chine collé is a fun lino printing technique, combining collage with lino printing. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn a traditional art form, which is mindful and relaxing.
I will take you through the methods of traditional lino printing, as well as the fun addition of adding collage to your lino prints. Your finished Christmas cards will be both beautiful and unique!
You will go home with a set of around six Christmas cards ready to go in the post, and you will also learn how to continue making more greetings cards at home using your finished lino carving. Designs will be supplied or you can bring along your own (if bringing your own, please be aware that the maximum size is 9cm x 9cm).
This half-day workshop is suitable for beginners, as full instruction on lino carving and printing will be given.
