Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
A huge thank you to everyone who has come along to one of my classes this year. It’s been an amazing year and I’ve loved every minute of it and meeting so many wonderful people. If you would like to see what people have been creating on my workshops this year, then I have plenty of student showcases on the blog.
I’d also like to thank all the organisations that have worked with me this year: Durham County Council’s Thrive programme, Highlights Rural Touring, Corbridge Middle School, Newcastle Carers, Breathing Space, Creative Calligraphy, Birtley Craft Group, Gleaston Village Hall, St Mary Belles WI, Armathwaite Village Hall and South Pelaw Community Hub. It’s been fantastic working with you all.
After teaching 121 workshops this year I am taking a break now until 13th January. I’m hoping to get some artwork done in my break and I have a big pile of Christmas knitting to finish, so I will be busy doing arty and crafty stuff. We also aim to have some days out and spend plenty of time with family and friends.
Wishing you a merry Christmas and all the best for the new year!
