Metal embossed coasters workshop

This workshop can also be booked on demand for a group of 2 to 4 people in my workshop, or between 8 to 10 people in a hired venue. Please contact me to arrange a date.
Three hour workshop, £40 per person.
Venue: My home studio, just outside Stanley, County Durham.
Learn the art of metal embossing, whilst creating a pair of decorative coasters from aluminium.
No experience of metal embossing is necessary, as I will take you through all the methods to make your coasters. We’ll go through the method of transferring the design to the aluminium, learning the techniques of metal embossing and how to add a finish to your decoration to make it look aged.
You will leave the workshop with two finished metal embossed coasters. I have six designs to choose from (shown in the photos), or you can bring along your own motif. These would make a great gift idea for the person who has everything!
Workshops take place at my home workshop just outside Stanley, County Durham. Please note that my home workshop is accessed by stairs.
There is a maximum number of four people on the workshop, so you will receive plenty of individual attention and tuition.
