Booking a workshop

Payment for the workshop is to be made in full at the time of booking. To book, click on the workshop you would like to join on our ‘In Person Workshops‘ page, and links are provided to book your course on the workshop description page.
All bookings and payments are made through Eventbrite.com who hold your payment in escrow until the course has been delivered.
For private or bespoke workshops, I will send you a private link to book on Eventbrite.com, which is due upon receipt.
I pay for your Eventbrite booking fees, however if you cancel, I am not able to pay for them (see below).

Refunds

Workshops take a long time to prepare, venues need to be booked, and materials need to be ordered in advance, so the following applies if you wish to cancel a workshop either in my studio or a bespoke workshop:

Cancellation 2 weeks before the workshop: full refund. Bookings made through Eventbrite.com can be refunded either through your initial booking or email me and I will be able to organise the refund. Eventbrite hold your payment in escrow until the workshop has taken place. I do not pay for the booking fees on cancelled workshops, so Eventbrite will withhold some of your refund for their booking fees, please see their policies for more information.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the workshop: sorry, no refund

If you need to cancel at the last minute due to you being ill, or someone you care for being ill, then you can transfer your payment towards another workshop.

If the workshop is being run by an outside organisation, you will need to contact that organisation for their refund policy.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are only redeemable against workshops that take place in the Crafts for Wellbeing studio (sorry, they cannot be redeemed for workshops organised by outside providers).
If your gift card doesn’t cover the full workshop fee, you will need to pay the balance before the workshop, and I will send you a booking link to do so.
If your gift card is for more than the full workshop fee, then the remaining gift card balance can be used on a future workshop.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or digital currency.
Gift vouchers must be used within 1 year of issue.
Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and can only be used by the named recipient.
