Student showcase: drypoint printmaking with TetraPak cartons

Over the past two weeks, I have been showing my community group how to create beautiful prints using TetraPak cartons. It was a great way of getting extra use out of an item that was already on its way to the recycling bin.

The community group brought along designs that they wanted to recreate, and I showed them how to score into the cartons to create their artwork. Once created, I showed them all the process of inking up the cartons and printing them. Everyone was free to play and experiment and absolutely beautiful prints were created by everyone as you can see from the photos.
