Student showcase: metal embossed coasters – Wark
I had a great day at Wark Town Hall and Mechanics Institute on Tuesday, teaching metal embossing to an enthusiastic group, as part of Highlights Rural Touring Scheme. Everyone really embraced the techniques and they all made beautiful coasters, with some even working on their own designs, which I love! Scroll through the carousel above to see what everyone got up to.
Amazing work, everyone, I loved what you all created.
Thank you so much to Jason at the Town Hall for looking after us all so well.
If you’re interested in learning this technique, I’m running more workshops in conjunction with Highlights Rural Touring Scheme for the next few months. Find out more either on my workshop page or on the Highlights website. Hopefully see you on a workshop soon!
