Student showcase: ‘Wear Your Words’ paper beads jewellery at Breathing Space
Another calming afternoon with a lovely group at Breathing Space in Witton Gilbert. This afternoon I was showing everyone how to make paper beads on my ‘Wear Your Words’ workshop. Everyone decorated Daler Rowney acrylic paper with acrylic paints and then wrote words full of meaning to each participant on the paper.
These words show through in little glimpses on the beads, but only the wearer will know that they are there, and the true meaning held within the beads.
The beads were then made into necklaces, bracelets and bag charms.
