Finished Craft Project: Metal Embossed Key Holder

We’ve long needed a key holder in our hallway, so with the new year I decided it was time to create one! As I’ve been working a lot with my Celtic knotwork and metal embossing recently, I thought it would be good to combine the two again and create a metal embossed key holder.

This one was embossed in aluminium, and I used my usual aging techniques to finish the piece off. It now hangs on the wall and is a neat and tidy place to put all of our keys.

I’ll be holding workshops on creating metal embossed key holders from April onwards. I think they will also be good as dog lead holders, with the name of your dog embossed on the plate. If you would like to be the first to hear when these workshops come out, please subscribe to my newsletter.
